Your climate strategy in four weeks

Over four weeks, we work with you to come up with a valid status quo including the Corporate Carbon Footprint for Scope 1 and 2. We then evaluate the extent to which energy efficiency, renewable energy generation, green electricity and compensation are relevant to you. In the final phase, we develop scenarios in order to have an overall climate plan including details of required investments for the years ahead.

Week 1:

Producing of your carbon footprint for Scope 1 & 2 –

Analyzing and checking the plausibility of energy activity data for your sites around the world
Calculating your individual corporate carbon footprint (Scope 1 und 2)
Visualizing and analyzing the status quo, identifying drivers at your global sites

Week 2 & 3:

Analysis of potentials:
energy efficiency, in-house generation,

Indication of power self-generation at your sites
Overview and evaluation of the availability of renewable energy worldwide
Consulting regarding the compensation suitable for your company - also in terms of your public image - including a cost estimate

Week 4:

Phased and action plan,
including investment requirements
for your neutral position

Defining the climate strategy using calculations for alternative scenarios
Presenting the advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and risks of the relevant scenarios
Recommending a roadmap on the basis of our overall assessment of your company
